A Special Upcoming Event

This October, Kent and Michelle Sterchi, in conjunction with Fernando and Mariana Phipps, will be leading a bilingual “Two Becoming One” marriage seminar right in Cielo on the Mission Emanuel campus.

Starting Friday evening October 12th until Sunday afternoon the 14th, couples will explore elements of what it takes to have a healthy marriage. Kent and Michelle believe that a God-honoring marriage is foundational to the Lord’s prayer of asking for “His Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.” This will be a 5-session marriage retreat for couples in the Cielo/Nazaret community, along with couples from the US, who together want to grow and thrive in their marriages. Each teaching session will focus us on wisdom from God’s Word in building a godly marriage, followed by a “couples connection” exercise that guides each couple to apply these foundational truths to their marriage. The retreat closes with worship, sharing of communion, a vow-renewal time and “reception of celebration.”

Cost per person: $360-$585 depending on room preference with 10/11 arrival and 10/14 departure dates. ( Additional nights available at additional cost.)
