Our New Home Office

Mission Emanuel has been changing in some pretty exciting ways over the past. If you haven’t already heard the news, check out this letter from our Executive Director, Jack Larson:

September 15, 2013
Dear Friend of Mission Emanuel,
It is with great excitement and joy that we come to you with a very important update. Mission
Emanuel is privileged to have been the mission partner of The Gathering USA in Orlando, Florida
since our beginning. With full support by The Gathering staff, Board, and friends, Mission Emanuel
has grown exponentially in the last five years. We started with fifty missionaries a year to now over
530 in 2013. Such growth has given us the ability to become a non-profit organization independent of
The Gathering. On October 1, 2013 we will officially open our new home office in Winston-Salem,
North Carolina.
Our US-based staff will remain spread out across several states, Jack Larson in Florida, Jim and Cindy
Sweeney in Wisconsin, Bob Heimall in New Jersey, and Holly Lewis in North Carolina. Bill and Gladie
Randolph have recently relocated to California from the DR. We have also hired a new office manager,
Lindsay Tharpe, who will be working in the Winston-Salem office with Holly.
All funds currently donated to Mission Emanuel via The Gathering will need to be redirected
to our new office beginning October 1. If you are enrolled in The Gathering’s automatic payment
program using a bank account draft or credit card charge, please understand that your payment
information will NOT automatically transfer over into Mission Emanuel’s new system. This includes
all donations of staff support, general and designated giving, and child sponsorship. Therefore, we
need you to complete and sign a new authorization in order for us to receive your gifts. You can do
this in one of two ways:

1. We have implemented an exciting new feature called Access ACS that will give you the ability
to access your donation information online. You can make changes to your address, phone
numbers, email addresses, and other items related to your records. Only you can view your
profile. Enclosed are instructions on how to set up your account including recurring
donations.
2. If you prefer to mail your information, please complete the Authorization Form and return it
in the enclosed envelope.

If you prefer to send your donation by check, all payments can be sent to our PO Box mailing address.
We still need you to complete the Contact Information Form to make sure we have your most up-to date information so that we may keep you fully informed about the ministry in Cielo.
