Cielo and Nazaret Schools are back in session August 28th and September 4th

The new school year is beginning and with it, some changes in the system of education. The Nazareth elementary school is adding the 9th grade, fulfilling the new requirement from the Department of Education. All the schools in the Nazareth area had to be reviewed by the Department of Education, but not all the schools got the approval for this first cycle of High School, therefore the numbers of students registering for this school year in Nazareth school have increased.

This past school year, the Nazareth and Cielo schools have been focused on involving the parents more. This effort on behalf of the administration and teachers is to make sure that parents get more involved with their children at home. This lets the parents know that their investment is crucial in their children’s development. Our focus is that parents are aware and understand that the financial sacrifice sponsors make as it works alongside their family’s involvement.

The Bible says in Romans 5:3-4:

“We also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.

We want all these families to persevere in their lives, build up character, and have hope – but hope in God, not the sponsors. You are being used by God to provide for these families. God provided in the desert for His people, bread, and meat. Their responsibility was to go out, gather the resources and cook for the day, although this was just for a period of time. Let’s pray for these families as we share the good news of the gospel and we all learn to depend more on God as our provider.”
